"You" and "your" refer to each company, supplier, or individual that uses this Website. The following Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement. To use this Website You must agree to the Terms of Use. If you do not accept this agreement, you may not access the Website or use any of the services provided on or through the Web Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use through Use

By entering and using this Website, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced in these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use please do not use this Website. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use. You may access the Honda supplier network, supplier interface and future electronic applications (collectively the "Honda Supply Network") through the Website. The Website is provided for approved suppliers that provide products and services used directly and indirectly in the research, development, manufacture and/or sale of Honda vehicles and equipment, including, but not limited to, components, parts, tools and raw materials. You agree that these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, shall be an amendment to your Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Goods. The terms and conditions contained in the Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Goods shall prevail and supersede any inconsistent or contrary term or condition contained herein. The foregoing nonwithstanding, you agree that any and all orders placed by our authorized representatives through this Website constitute an Order under the Agreement for purchased Sale of Goods. any objection to an Order placed through this Website must be delivered to us, in writing, within 8 days of the date of an Order.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. You may only use this Website in connection with your business relationship with Honda. You agree take all necessary precautions to maintain the secrecy of and security of any passwords and/or user names or ID's that Honda provides to you in connection with your use of this Website.

You may not post on or transmit through the Website any data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other material ("User Content") that (i) is defamatory, unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, pornographic, obscene, hate speech, or racially or ethnically offensive; (ii) constitutes a breach of any person's privacy or publicity rights; (iii) violates any statute, regulation or ordinance; or (iv) promotes software or services that deliver unsolicited mail.
